4th Class Power Engineer Position

Location: Dawson Creek

Join LP as a 4th Class Power Engineer in Dawson Creek. This onsite role involves overseeing Energy, Drying, and WESP Systems while ensuring safety and compliance.

In this position, you will manage operations of various systems, taking responsibility for minor maintenance, equipment locking, and housekeeping. You'll engage in reporting and data monitoring to ensure optimal performance in the Energy, Drying, and WESP systems. Additionally, you will assist in control room operations as needed and contribute actively to safety and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor maintenance duties on equipment

• Lock out and isolate equipment under supervision

• Maintain cleanliness in Energy, Drying, and WESP areas

• Complete required reports accurately and timely

• Gather data for system monitoring and reporting

Requirements:

• Fourth Class Power Engineer Certificate required

• 2+ years of industry experience preferred

• Physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs

• Proficient with computer and software use

• Ability to operate with minimal supervision
