Senior Plant Operator at COP

This position requires a Power Engineering Level 4 and at least seven years of experience. As a technical specialist, you will monitor equipment, perform maintenance prep, and maintain accurate operation logs. You’ll also collaborate with teams to identify and implement improvements while ensuring compliance with health and safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate the plant via control room

• Conduct surveillance on operating equipment efficiently

• Prepare equipment for maintenance and inspections

• Identify and implement operational improvement opportunities

• Support COP's Health, Safety, and Environmental goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of senior level experience

• Power Engineering Level 4 certification required

• Technical/functional specialist in discipline

• Ability to apply extensive knowledge to complex situations

• Strong problem-solving skills for operational challenges
