Experienced Power Engineer in Gas Plant

Join Techmation Electric & Controls as a 4th Class Power Engineer at our gas plant in Fort St John. Work a structured 7/7 shift in a dynamic safety environment.

In this role, you’ll utilize your 4th class power engineering certification along with your gas plant operations experience. Understanding and compliance with current OH&S protocols is essential. Commuting distance to Fort St John is a requirement as there is no camp accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a range of gas processing equipment

• Maintain compliance with industry safety standards

• Work collaboratively to achieve operational goals

• Document and report on operational efficiencies

• Perform routine checks and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• 4th class power engineering ticket essential

• Significant experience in gas plant operations

• Experience with Ifpexol refrigeration and gas systems preferred

• Current First Aid Level 1 and H2S Alive certifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
