Position: Project Lead for Highway Construction
Location: dawson creek

Carmacks and Peters Bros seek a Project Lead in Dawson Creek to manage highway construction projects. This role blends site and office work focusing on budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
The Project Lead will report to the Dawson Creek General Manager of Highways Division, driving successful project outcomes by integrating with the Project Management team. Key skills include budget review, materials tracking, and project scheduling. The role requires regular site presence during production seasons and proficiency in ERP systems like SAP is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and review Sales Orders monthly

• Conduct Budget review meetings with management

• Develop and update the Project Schedule

• Prepare Monthly progress reports for stakeholders

• Oversee Project Quality Management System
Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or relevant experience

• Knowledge of civil construction methods and processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Class 5 Drivers license with a clean abstract

• Experience with municipal or highway projects preferred
