Your responsibilities will include mechanical maintenance, supervising staff, and managing contractors on projects. Effective communication and the ability to read blueprints are essential to succeed in this important role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain boilers and HVAC systems

• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment

• Supervise maintenance workers and contractors

• Manage repair projects and schedules

• Provide on-call services as required
Requirements:

• Certificate as a 4th Class Power Engineer

• Four years of related experience or equivalent

• Valid BC Driver’s License

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Physical ability to perform technical tasks
