Take the next step in your career as an Environmental Scientist at WSP's RPM team. Oversee environmental projects focused on remediation activities, managing fieldwork across Canada.
WSP is looking for an Environmental Scientist with a bachelor's degree and 3 to 6 years of experience. In this dynamic role, you'll manage complex environmental projects, support health and safety plan development, and work collaboratively within a project delivery team. The position includes a hybrid work structure and significant fieldwork opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Phase I/II ESAs and risk assessments
• Develop health and safety work plans
• Support client-specific environmental efforts
• Conduct fieldwork in Northern and Western Canada
• Collaborate on complex technical issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in an environmental field
• 3 to 6 years of relevant environmental industry experience
• Proven communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with oil and gas health and safety standards
• Commitment to outdoor work and travel
