You’ll train plant personnel in the safe operation of equipment while overseeing maintenance activities essential for heating requirements. Your leadership ensures system integrity and optimal performance across all operational aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train personnel on safe operating procedures for energy systems
• Oversee all operations as the designated Chief Power Engineer
• Manage system compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain logs and accurate production records
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to execute scheduled work orders
Requirements:
• 2+ years in production/manufacturing environment
• 2+ years supervisory experience required
• Certification as a Third Class Steam Engineer in British Columbia
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental requirements
• Proficient in distributed control systems
