We are seeking a vibrant Gaming Attendant to support our gaming floor operations under the guidance of the Operations Manager. In this role, you will engage with guests, assist with various floor sales, and manage cash-handling tasks. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are essential as you maintain the integrity of our gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve customers promptly and positively

• Manage cash handling and jackpot verification

• Maintain slot machines and resolve operational issues

• Complete daily paperwork and reconcile transactions

• Monitor gaming activities for compliance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum two years in cash handling and customer service

• Serving It Right Certification required

• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

• Availability for varied shifts including weekends
