As part of a vibrant team, the Gaming Attendant will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for various customer service and cash handling duties. Your efforts will ensure a smooth flow of the gaming experience for our guests while adhering to all policies. A commitment to service excellence is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and assist customers throughout their gaming experience

• Handle cash transactions and verify jackpots

• Conduct routine maintenance on gaming machines

• Document transactions and maintain accurate records

• Report suspicious activities promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• At least two years of cash handling experience

• Must possess Serving It Right Certification

• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance

• Must work various shifts, including holidays
