Become the Event & Guest Services Coordinator at the Ovintiv Events Centre with Oak View Group, ensuring flawless event execution and superior customer care. Manage bookings and collaborate with diverse groups.

This role requires acting as a liaison for clients and staff while overseeing event preparation and facilitation. Responsibilities include assisting in community scheduling, staff training, and maintaining open communication with clients. Additionally, you will support the Director of Events with planning and execution of live events to uphold venue standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and event logistics

• Assist in contract finalization and payment processes

• Recruit and train dedicated event staff

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback

• Maintain accurate event documentation and filing

Requirements:

• Background in event or recreation facility management

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Detail-focused with excellent organizational skills

• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office and willing to learn

• Flexibility to accommodate diverse work schedules
