Serve TD customers in Fort St John with accurate financial transactions, banking advice, and thoughtful service in a 15-hour position.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support TD Canada Trust’s Personal & Commercial Banking business. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and provide clear guidance. The role combines customer service, transaction processing, administration, and timely business processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
- Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
- Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
- Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
- Deliver quality experiences and suggest operational improvements
- High School diploma or one year relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
- Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
- Accurate, detail-oriented, calm, and courteous communication
