As a Pharmacy Manager reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Operations, you will be integral to the pharmacy's financial and operational achievements. Your expertise will guide staff, enhance customer relations, and ensure compliance in dispensing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise daily operations within the pharmacy

• Hire and assess pharmacy staff for optimal performance

• Prepare and dispense prescriptions with precision

• Maintain sufficient inventory levels of medications

• Promote health awareness through public health initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy;
Class A Pharmacist’s license

• At least three years of experience in a retail setting

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Proven leadership and people-management experience

• Familiarity with Healthwatch or Kroll systems is an asset
