Position: Pharmacy Technician Needed
Northern Health is hiring for a Pharmacy Technician position in Fort St. John, British Columbia. This role focuses on medication processing and requires strong communication abilities.

In the Pharmacy Services department, you will work under management to maintain exceptional standards of practice. Your responsibilities will include receiving prescriptions, processing medication orders, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process prescriptions from health practitioners

• Conduct final checks of medication orders

• Maintain adequate medication stock at the pharmacy

• Document patient health and medication information

• Collaborate with other pharmacies for prescription transfers

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus accredited Pharmacy Technician education

• Valid registration in British Columbia for pharmacy practice

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Physical ability to perform pharmacy duties
