Reporting to the IT Manager, this role centers on administering the district's Local Area Network while supporting technology deployments. Your expertise in troubleshooting, installation of printers and servers, and maintaining mission-critical servers will be vital. A proactive approach in planning network expansion and managing help desk services is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the district's Local Area Network with diligence
• Install and troubleshoot network printers and servers
• Support mobile device management and user deployment
• Install audio/video equipment and configure UPS
• Provide help desk services and training to staff
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of LAN repair experience
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Strong knowledge of audio/video equipment installation
• Hold an IT Support designation with relevant training
Excel in supporting technology solutions and maintaining infrastructure at School District No. 60.
