At Brandt, you will engage with both internal and external customers to assist in locating needed parts efficiently. This role emphasizes strong customer relations and requires a solid foundation in parts and warehousing knowledge. You'll also manage ordering, stock levels, and inventory accuracy, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs

• Prepare detailed quotes and process orders efficiently

• Manage unloading and organized storage of parts

• Document shipping, receiving, and inventory records

• Place inventory stock orders to maintain optimal levels

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills, in-person and over the phone

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexible schedule availability for shifts and weekends

• Previous parts industry experience is an asset

• Journeyperson Parts Certification preferred
