Handyperson, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Maintenance Worker

Job Responsibilities   Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
Perform minor repairs on appliances.
Perform safety and security checks.
Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
Equipment and Tools   Industrial vacuum cleaners and power sweepers.
Power tools.
Power lawn mowers.
Personal safety equipment: steel‑toed safety boots and other safety gear.
Security and Safety   Criminal record check required.

Physical Requirements  Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs). Physically demanding work involving bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Qualifications and Personal Traits   No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Dependability, reliability, and organizational skills.
Excellent oral communication and flexibility.
