• Perform cleaning tasks to get units ready for new tenants.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure optimal results.
• Conduct deep cleaning procedures periodically as scheduled or needed.
• Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repair needs.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.

• Proven experience in general cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and identify when repairs are needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
• Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability as core qualities.
