We are seeking a reliable individual for weekend maintenance, with potential full-time hours for vacation coverage.

Your role will focus on maintaining the hotel’s structure, including landscaping, repair tasks, and swimming pool upkeep. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to conducting tasks swiftly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain hotel grounds and physical structures in excellent condition

• Perform interior and exterior repairs, including carpentry and painting

• Complete maintenance requests such as light bulb changes and minor repairs

• Test pool and spa chemicals while maintaining logs

• Conduct regular exterior perimeter checks for cleanliness

Requirements:

• Positive attitude towards maintenance tasks

• Strong communication skills and customer service commitment

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Willingness to assist with snow removal in winter
