Northern Lights College seeks a dedicated Janitor for relief on-call work at our Fort St. John campus. This role is vital for covering shifts due to sick days or special events. You will be responsible for various cleaning tasks requiring heavy physical effort and effective communication skills among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vacuum and wash floors in all facilities

• Clean windows and perform carpet maintenance

• Manage garbage disposal and overall sanitation

• Ensure cleanliness throughout student housing

• Restock and maintain necessary cleaning supplies

Requirements:

• Institutional custodial training or experience preferable

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Capacity to operate cleaning machinery

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Must be fit for physical labor and cleaning tasks
