Facilities Maintenance Casual Labourer

In the role of Casual Labourer, you will be key in ensuring grounds and facilities are well-kept under the guidance of the Operation Manager. Your daily tasks will involve repairs, equipment operation, and emergency responses. The job requires a proactive approach and the ability to work both individually and as a team member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on fences, sidewalks, and playgrounds

• Safely utilize maintenance and groundskeeping equipment

• Follow work orders from supervisors promptly

• Clean up and respond to emergency incidents

• Provide aid to trade staff as directed

Requirements:

• Grade 10 education or equivalent necessary

• Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required

• Willingness to obtain heavy trailer endorsement

• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Records Search
