Lead independent living operations in Fort St. John with resident care and fiscal performance accountability at VRS Communities Society.
VRS Communities Society seeks a senior General Manager for its newest Independent Living site. This permanent, full-time position oversees resident care, recreation programs, health services, and food services. The role begins before the grand opening for orientation and training.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct overall operation of the Independent Living site
- Oversee resident care and recreation programs
- Coordinate health, food, and environmental services
- Maintain safe, secure conditions for all stakeholders
- Manage the site's fiscal performance
- At least five years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Senior-level General Manager experience
- Availability for 37.5 hours weekly
- Flexibility for operationally varied start and end times
