As a General Machinist, your responsibilities will revolve around setup, operation, and maintenance of various machine tools. You'll interpret blueprints, ensure machine precision, and report any deviations from specifications. A strong focus on safety and attention to detail is critical in this position, as you work independently to complete various tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a range of machine tools

• Read and interpret engineering specifications and blueprints

• Maintain and document inspection standards

• Repair machine tools to optimal performance

• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in machining

• Mandatory Machinist Trade Certification

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM and CNC processes

• Solid knowledge of measuring tools and heavy equipment

• Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license
