We are looking for a Registered Nurse specialized in intensive care to join our committed team. The ideal candidate will assess and evaluate patient care while adhering to best practices in nursing science.

Your role will involve working within a patient and family centered care model, focusing on continuous improvement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care in the ICU

• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and evaluations

• Collaborate with the interprofessional care team

• Maintain intravenous therapy and monitor cardiac status

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff

Requirements:

• Registration with BCCNM as a practicing RN

• Completion of an intensive care nursing specialty program

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Strong decision-making skills in emergencies

• Physical ability to perform nursing duties
