Join Dawson Creek & District Hospital's Clinical Decision Unit as a Registered Nurse. This role emphasizes compassionate care for Emergency and High Acuity patients, following professional nursing standards set by BCCNM.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to assess and deliver high-quality nursing care according to the strategic priorities of Northern Health. Your responsibilities will include planning and evaluating care tailored to each patient's needs in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to ethics and standards is paramount as you work through rotating shifts, delivering essential care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Deliver direct care to Emergency and High Acuity patients
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans as necessary
• Engage in professional collaboration within the healthcare team
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and ethical guidelines
Requirements:
• Current BCCNM Registered Nurse certification
• Dedication to patient-centered care
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Previous emergency care experience is advantageous
