Position: Licensed Practical Nurse for Mental Health

In this role with Northern Health, the Licensed Practical Nurse works under the supervision of management, adhering to the BC College of Nurses and Midwives standards. You will collaborate as part of an inter-professional team, providing care for patients facing complex challenges. Your responsibilities will include creating care plans, conducting patient evaluations, and actively participating in patient advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients

• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and care teams

• Develop and assess individualized care plans

• Conduct assessments and evaluate nursing interventions

• Act as an advocate for patients' needs

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse with relevant experience

• Understanding of mental health and substance use
