Position: Compassionate LPN for Interdisciplinary Team
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse committed to delivering compassionate care at Fort St. John Hospital, part of Northern Health. Provide essential nursing services in a collaborative setting, focusing on patient-centered outcomes.

In this role, you'll serve patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through comprehensive care play. You will be working closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining high standards of nursing practice as prescribed by BC's Nursing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care per approved policies

• Assist in developing and implementing care plans

• Lead patient assessments and documentation

• Support staff onboarding through orientation processes

• Comply with reporting and clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Must be registered with BCCNM as an LPN

• CPR certification is current and valid

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Required physical capability for nursing duties
