Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and care planning

• Administer prescribed medications in compliance with policies

• Provide personal and nursing care in multiple environments

• Work as part of an interprofessional healthcare team

• Support patient and family health maintenance

Requirements:

• Current BC Licensed Practical Nurse designation
