Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents

• Participate in developing and implementing care plans

• Conduct assessments and document patient information

• Assist in orienting new staff and students

• Advocate for patients/residents needs and safety

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Practical Nurse program

• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Current basic cardiac life support certification

• Demonstrated ability in CPR and effective communication

• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
