Position: Registered Nurse for Primary Care Team
Join the Fort St. John Health Unit as a Registered Nurse dedicated to compassionate care. Be an integral part of our primary care team focused on patient support and collaboration.

We seek a motivated Registered Nurse to serve as a Primary Care Nurse (PCN) at Northern Health. In this role, you will provide safe and competent care within an interprofessional team, following established practice standards outlined by BCCNM. Your responsibility will include clinical follow-ups and collaborative planning that align with patients' goals of care in various community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical services to individuals and communities

• Engage with families in developing care plans

• Maintain ethical practices and quality standards

• Follow up on patient care plans

• Work collaboratively in schools, homes, and clinics

Requirements:

• Valid BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in primary care or community health

• Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork

• Dedication to compassionate patient care

• Available Monday to Friday during set hours
