- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Advocate for diverse cultural and individual patient needs
- Current registration with the BCCNM as a Registered Nurse
- Graduated from an accredited nursing school
- Experience in perinatal or maternity nursing
- Completion of specialized Perinatal Nursing program
- Current certifications in CPR and NRP
