Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan appropriate care for emergency patients

• Implement nursing interventions across various units

• Collaborate with unit managers and healthcare teams

• Demonstrate critical thinking in fast-paced situations

• Participate in education and skill enhancement initiatives
Requirements:

• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Three years' relevant acute care experience mandatory

• Skill certifications in IV therapy and A.C.L.S.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Proven ability to handle stressful environments
