We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about nursing and values compassionate care. As an ER/HAU RN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency department, utilizing your assessment and evaluation skills to meet their diverse needs in a high-pressure atmosphere. You will operate under the guidance of the Unit Manager and adhere to Northern Health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer direct nursing care in both Emergency and High Acuity environments

• Create and implement tailored nursing plans for patients

• Thoroughly assess and evaluate nursing outcomes

• Follow hospital policies and established care protocols

• Collaborate with the medical team to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:

• Current RN license with suitable clinical experience

• Prior work in Emergency care is an asset

• Commitment to patient-centered care principles

• Willing to work night and rotating shifts

• Adhere to high ethical standards in nursing practices
