Position: Registered Nurse for Operating Room Care
Step into the role of Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, providing critical care under the direction of the Head Nurse. Your focus will be on delivering comprehensive peri-operative nursing care.
As the OR/P.A.R. nurse, you will assess, plan, and implement care for patients through their surgical experience. This role involves maintaining high standards while working Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00, and directing nursing teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care during surgeries

• Assess both physical and psychological patient conditions

• Create and document individualized care plans

• Implement policies aligned with nursing standards

• Participate in scheduled on-call duties as arranged
Requirements:

• Active nursing license in the appropriate state

• Background in operating room nursing is a plus

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to evaluate and respond to patient needs

• Readiness for on-call shifts as needed
