Clinical Mentor Registered Nurse Long Term Care

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) with three years of recent long-term care experience. This role requires strong leadership and clinical skills to provide comprehensive assessments and interventions, effectively communicate with residents and families, and promote quality care tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and implement individualized resident care plans

• Communicate effectively across the interdisciplinary team

• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Foster teaching and education for residents and staff

Requirements:

• Active RN or RPN registration with the BC College of Nurses

• Minimum of 3 years in long-term care setting

• Post-basic education in gerontology preferred
