Northern Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator with at least 3 years of med-surg experience. In this role, you will develop and implement training sessions for nursing staff, ensuring they meet necessary competencies. Additionally, you will facilitate mentorship programs while revising care standards and coordinating educational initiatives to support ongoing learning among staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct training sessions for nursing personnel

• Implement and evaluate nursing Orientation and Education programs

• Maintain effective preceptorship and mentorship initiatives

• Review and update patient care standards and procedures

• Organize in-service programs for enhanced staff education
Requirements:

• 3+ years of med-surg nursing experience required

• Travel capability as needed

• Strong initiative and leadership skills

• Knowledge of nursing standards and ethics

• Focus on patient-centered care practices
