Join Northern Health as a dedicated Oncology Registered Nurse at Dawson Creek & District Hospital. You will provide compassionate patient-centered care while supporting IV therapy services.

This role requires a motivated Registered Nurse to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Your duties will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs. You will administer systemic therapy treatments and practice in a variety of clinical settings as per the standards of the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient health care needs

• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

• Provide direct patient care and support IV therapy services

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing science and ethics

Requirements:

• Current registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse

• Knowledge of patient-centered care practices

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

• Experience in oncology nursing preferred

• Compassionate approach to patient care
