Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments

• Provide critical care in collaboration with medical staff

• Monitor patients and adjust care plans accordingly

• Maintain IV lines and administer necessary treatments

• Promote effective communication with patients and families

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Completion of an intensive care nursing program

• Current CPR and ACLS certifications

• Proven cardiac monitoring skills

• Capability to perform physical duties required by the role
