Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on mental health and substance use treatment for youth. This role requires two years of recent psychiatric experience in community or hospital settings. You'll be responsible for assessments, planning, and providing clinical services while collaborating with youths, caregivers, and community agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and provide appropriate nursing care

• Offer mental health education to the community

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment planning

• Participate in program development and evaluation

• Manage time effectively to enhance cooperation among team members

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program

• Active RN registration with BCCNM

• Minimum two years’ psychiatric nursing experience

• Current CPR Level C certification

• Valid BC Driver's license and access to a vehicle
