Position: Registered Nurse with Supervisory Experience

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse who excels in delivering compassionate care while coordinating patient processes. As part of Northern Health, you will oversee admissions and discharges, ensuring efficient patient flow and staffing levels.

Your role will also include maintaining care standards with Program Leaders and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Maintain staffing levels to ensure proper patient care

• Facilitate efficient bed utilization for effective patient flow

• Assist in operational coordination in management's absence

• Uphold high standards of care with Program Leaders

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Active BCCNM registration

• Minimum five years of acute care experience

• Supervisory experience of at least one year

• NRP or commitment to complete within one year
