In this crucial role, the LPN Coordinator will deliver nursing care while overseeing both LPNs and unregulated care staff. Working according to BCCNM standards, you will coordinate assignments, evaluate staff performance, and ensure care delivery meets established policies. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise LPNs and unregulated care staff directly
• Deliver nursing care to assigned patients efficiently
• Coordinate work assignments and staff schedules
• Monitor staff performance for optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
• Graduated from an approved Practical Nursing program
• Two years of clinical and/or supervisory experience
• Valid BCCNM registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Valid BC driver’s license and a personal vehicle
