Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes

• Coordinate patient care and support program leaders

• Ensure optimal patient flow by managing bed allocation

• Assist in maintaining patient care standards

• Coordinate operations in the absence of senior staff

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing

• Current BCCNM registration required

• Five years of acute care experience with supervisory experience

• NRP certification or willingness to complete within one year

• ACLS/TNCC certification or willingness to obtain
