Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

• Document care accurately and in a timely manner

• Facilitate patient education and discharge planning

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

• Monitor and respond to patient status changes

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Minimum one year of recent Emergency care experience

• Active registration with BCCNM

• Knowledge of health issues across various demographics

• Ability to maintain composure in a busy environment
