Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and plan training sessions for staff compliance

• Implement and evaluate orientation and education programs

• Develop and maintain preceptorship and mentorship programs

• Review and revise patient care standards and policies

• Coordinate in-service programs for ongoing education

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel for educational purposes

• Up-to-date resume reflecting relevant experience

• Three years of recent mental health and substance use experience

• Strong leadership and initiative skills

• Commitment to patient-centered care and compliance
