Position: Clinical Nurse Educator at Northern Health
Location: Dawson Creek

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will guide staff through orientation and competency development.

Your role is essential in enhancing staff knowledge and patient care standards. With three to five years of experience and a Baccalaureate Degree, you will actively contribute to the strategic mission of Northern Health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff

• Implement mentorship and preceptorship initiatives

• Evaluate unit-specific orientation and education programs

• Review and revise patient care standards and policies

• Facilitate in-service programs for ongoing staff education

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate in Nursing and 3 years’ clinical experience

• 2 years’ experience in adult teaching and curriculum development

• Current CPR certification and BC Driver's License

• Practice registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Willingness to travel for work
