Position: Mental Health LPN at Northern Health

Become a Licensed Practical Nurse at Northern Health's Dawson Creek and District Hospital, focusing on mental health and substance use care. This role emphasizes compassionate patient interactions and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Northern Health seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care under the supervision of the Program Lead or RN/RPN. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and ensure patient-centered practices for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments

• Implement prescribed nursing care and interventions

Requirements:

• Current registration with BCCNM as an LPN

• Valid BC Driver's License

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Ability to manage time and resources effectively

• Physical ability to perform nursing duties
