Shift: 12 Hours Day

The ICU Nurse will provide critical care to patients with severe, life-threatening conditions.

As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the ICU Nurse will assess, plan, and implement patient care, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.

• Monitor and assess patients in critical condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Provide life‑saving interventions and care, including intubation, ventilation, and emergency resuscitation.
• Collaborate with doctors, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist in complex procedures, including intubation, catheterization, and the use of life‑support equipment.
• Perform regular patient assessments and document findings in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate patients and families about critical illness, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalates care as needed.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment, following hospital infection control protocols.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• ICU nursing experience preferred (minimum of [X] years).
• Current BLS, ACLS, and [any other required certifications].
• Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
