This position seeks an experienced Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with at least three years in long term care. You're expected to lead and mentor staff while ensuring a high standard of resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate resident health and care needs

• Deliver direct resident care and interventions

• Facilitate communication among patients, families, and staff

• Guide and mentor nursing team for professional growth

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning

Requirements:

• RN or RPN registration with BC College of Nurses

• At least 3 years of long term care experience

• Gerontology education is an asset

• Clear critical thinking and management skills

• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends
