Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans

• Implement direct nursing care in a medical setting

• Collaborate with an interprofessional care team

• Evaluate patient responses to treatment plans

• Support patient and family-centered care initiatives

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with BC College of Nurses and Midwives license

• Strong commitment to patient care and ethics

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights

• Experience in acute medical nursing preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
