Bring compassionate patient care and nursing expertise to Dawson Creek & District Hospital on rotating day and night shifts.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct care in an acute medical unit. You will work under a Manager or designate, following Northern Health’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. Practice aligns with BCCNM standards, professional ethics, and patient and family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients in an acute medical unit
- Plan individualized nursing care for patients
- Provide direct patient care in clinical settings
- Evaluate nursing care and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the interprofessional care team
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Dedication to compassionate patient care
- Practice consistent with BCCNM professional standards
- Practice consistent with BCCNM code of ethics
- Availability for rotating day and night shifts
Deliver patient and family-centered nursing care through assessment, planning, direct care, evaluation, and interprofessional collaboration.
