FLINT is looking for an experienced HSE Advisor with industrial qualifications. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in the oil and gas sector, combined with relevant educational background and certifications. This position offers continuous schedules, 12-hour shifts, and travel benefits to ensure both safety and quality in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety compliance across all operational activities

• Conduct safety training sessions and workshops

• Monitor and report safety performance indicators

• Complete necessary safety inspections and audits

• Assist in incident investigations and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil and gas industry

• Education in health and safety, engineering, or related field

• NCSO and/or OHS certification preferred

• Mandatory safety tickets (H2S, CSO, etc.)

• Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation
